Cancellation Policy
There is no lock in contracts or cancellation fees, however there is a 4 week cancellation policy, which must be submitted in writing, dated accordingly, and emailed to gym@primehealthandfitness.com.au
Sometimes we want to cancel because we have lost motivation, just not feeling it or had a tough week, but often, these feelings subside, and we want to pick things up again. This is where having a cancellation policy in place helps to lock you into something to give you time to figure a few things out and just not quit!

Suspension Policy
Please note we need 2 weeks’ notice if you want to suspend your payments, no instant suspensions will be accepted. You will receive a maximum of 4 weeks suspensions per calendar year. All suspension requests must be submitted in writing, dated accordingly and emailed to gym@primehealthandfitness.com.au
