Your success is ultimately determined by the energy levels you bring day to day.

If your energy is like a rollercoaster from hour to hour throughout the day, your productivity will be too, and ultimately your output and activities accomplished that day.

Rollercoaster energy and emotions lead to “busy” and unproductive weeks which make businesses simply stall and not hit the targets they strive for.

Your focus dictates your emotions, your emotions dictate your energy levels.

1) Are you holding onto past frustration from someone? I know you can think of them right now as you read this, the weight of holding this frustration is holding you back. Reach to your phone right now and send them some form of gratitude, tell them you love them, tell them something great about them.

This will help lift the weight of residual energy pain.

2) If you dislike certain tasks such as meetings or crucial conversations, instead of focusing on the confrontation that is about to happen focus on 30 days from now. How good you will feel? How will your relationship have improved with that person after the crucial conversation has been had? How will the productivity and communication between the 2 of you increase dramatically?

Focusing on the positives after the event and taking that energy into the meeting instead of the energy of “I don’t want to do this”, will not only change the meeting but your energy levels for the day and sometimes for the whole week.

These 2 things will remove the weight holding your energy levels back and propel you forward with focus and keeping you moving at a higher frequency that you need to get your success in life.
