Motivation is a tool, a mindset, think of motivation as all the things you visualise yourself doing.
How good would it be if we just did the things we knew would benefit us & actually follow through with them, adjusting our attitude to a go getter, a positive beast.
Visualisation is your biggest weapon to motivate yourself. Imagine losing that 5-10kg, cutting back on alcohol, getting that dream job, meeting the partner off your dreams, eating better & feeling like you’re reaching your potential.
We need to teach ourselves to switch gears, learn to say no to things that don’t help us reach our potential our goals.
Saying NO is a big key to you actually doing what you want & not letting distractions get in your way & ultimately ruining your mindset.
Start with your health and motivation, as without out it you’re no good to anyone. Visualise how you want to feel & look then set a goal, get help if needed & go after it in a unstoppable manner.
4 weeks into a fitness regiment with better eating & saying NO to things that hinder your progress & BOOM, you’re going to feel like a million bucks which will help with motivation.
This will give you the momentum, confidence & self esteem to start to pursue other things you’ve visualised or thought you would like to achieve.
To stay motivated use these tools Daily – motivational podcasts or YouTube videos, read books, upbeat music, find people who inspire you online & positive affirmations.
Revisit your goals & what it is you want to achieve, remember your potential & learn to say NO.
We can either experience the pain of discipline or the path off regret. The choice is ours.
