Childcare Times

Monday to Friday

9.00am – Semi Private PT
9.30am – Group Class

Saturday

7.40am – 10.00am

Our creche is always available for all sessions & from 2 onwards kids are generally fine in our crèche as they can see you train & we have Netflix & YouTube for kids + lots of toys & games.

For the babies outside the times of our childcare we encourage you to come in & leave your baby in the pram close to where your training and our trainers can help if needed

Your kids are your responsibility once you enter the gym.
