Exercising & Eating Well

Exercising & eating well go hand in hand

Do you notice the difference when you are active & exercising to when your’re inactive & sunkin into your lounge.

When you are exercising you are releasing Endorphins, the chemicals produced naturally by the nervous system to cope with pain or stress. They are often called “feel-good” chemicals because they can act as a pain reliever and happiness booster.

Exercising and releasing endorphins will lead you to better decision making, more energy & in turn you will notice you start to eat healthier, even getting into a routine with the timings of your meals.

When we’re not exercising or being active you start to lose your mojo, feeling tired, even exhausted which leads to you going for the sugary & fatty foods which aren’t the best for your waist line or mental health.

If you really want to be eating better then you need to be doing some exercise in order to eat better & take care of your well being. It’s your responsibility to take care of yourself.

Stress is something everyone suffers from, but many people have found diet and exercise makes it easier to manage.

By eating balanced meals and exercising, you are more likely to have the same level of energy all day, every day. If your diet and/or exercise are sporadic, your energy levels will probably drop at certain times, often when you need the energy the most.

I’ve always found when I’m in a good exercise routine my eating is great & I consume a lot less alcohol & feel at my best.

If you’re already exercising, great work – it’s probably your strength, & now you need to find that good eating system that has a healthy balance.

If you’re not exercising, then it’s time to get started & find your mojo again👊
