This workout is a mix of Abs, glutes, core, leg isolation & arms with aerobic elements. You can expect to do lots of Abdominal, core related exercises with targeting the glutes/butt with isolating leg movements!
For Men we who don’t want to work on there butt we have modified the glute exercises with arms! Think bicep, shoulders & triceps
Expect interval training with bursts of intense activity.
