Small Group Personal Training
Semi private PT we use machines, free weights, tips & tricks to shock your body like drop sets, super sets, reverse pyramid, ascending, descending sets over a 5 week program monday to saturday.
This allows you 5 weeks to form some adaptation to your lifts & see your technique improve weekly & the amount you lift, before we change the program for another 5 weeks, shocking your body to change.
Included is Free Creche, meal planner & video, how to monitor your progress, members Facebook group, monthly check in – goals, eating with measurements.
Functional Group Classes
Enjoy our functional group training classes that we focus on lifting with the right technique & different muscle groups to build muscle & burn fat, along with our conditioning sessions that help with the endurance of the muscle & your cardiovascular capabilities.
We have a beginner’s line, intermediate & advanced line helping you progress through the lines as you get fitter & stronger.
